unresolved bill for 2 months, chat and support are useless!!!!!!!!

My invoice has been a mess for two months.  Amount on statement does not match app.  I am being overbilled.  Last month I had an 80 dollar credit.  Now all of a sudden I owe two months at $71 per month.  My statement 9/15 showed a credit of 18.65.  Now I owe 2 months of 71 and credit disppeared.  

I have spent hours on chat.  Support is even worse.  I was on the phone for two hours once and they hung up on me three times so I had to start over!  Come on Xfinity you are making so much money.  Get real customer support.  No overseas.  Here like it used to be.  I want to make one easy phone call.

In the meantime, fix my bill.  If I get an overdue bill from you at this point I am going to the feds and my attorney general.  Serious.
