Unlocking my phone

Is anyone else inclined to sue. I’m sure if we put all of our cases together they couldn’t deny the wrong doing here. It’s been 4 days since I paid my phone off and I still have a locked phone. They told me the ticket is still processing. They keep telling me to call back tomorrow.

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
