Why do you defraud clients with lies about unlocked phone. I did my due diligence weeks ago to have my phones unlovked. YOU LIED THEN! You still lie today! We are stranded in Portugal with no communication becaUse YOU ARE FRAUD! YOU SAID YESTERDAY THEY WERE UNLOCKED. Today another agent swore she unlock it and would be ready in 1.5 hours. IT STILL ISNT!!! WE PAID THESE! THEY BELONG TO ME NOR YOU!!!! FRAUD, FIX MY PHONES NOW!!!!

Did you ever get your device unlocked?? im currently going through this.. tomorrow is the 2 week 14 day mark.
