Unlock phone

I have been trying to unlock my fully paid off phone for over a week. I have called you guys 5 times and each time the rep assures me it will be taken care of in 1-2 days. Please help me, this is unacceptable.

xfinity keeps saying the phone is unlocked since it's a BYOD - I purchased it from xfinity and it is still locked
