UNLOCK MY PHONE!!

GREEDY liars Xfinity will not unlock my phone. it's been days! i switched to a new cell phone company a week ago because xfinity led me to believe i could use wifi calling & texting. instead mobile data gets used up quickly then is gone weeks before cycle ends.   i am home all day in the same room as the router (stinking router anyway works only half a day, internet goes out every stinking day). i just wanted to use wifi instead of data. after MONTHS of this, constantly calling them, constantly presenting to them my problem via their "live chat" they would not honor their original promise of letting me use wifi calling wifi texting........ i switched to a better, cheaper cell phone provider on 7/7. it's now 7/14 and xfinity still has not unlocked my  phone.  WHY DO THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS???!!!
