Unlock Device
I paid off our phones on Friday, 3/24 and waited until Sunday, 3/26 for them to be unlocked. 3 out of 4 phones were unlocked but mine is still locked. Called and spoke with an agent who assured me the phone would be unlocked within 24 hours. I need it unlocked now as I'm leaving the country on Thursday. I'm also an employee so I hate having to complain about something!

There is nothing any of us other users can do to help you. Usually unlocking takes between 2 hours and 4 days. Random.
As a contingency if you haven’t done so already:
1.) Make sure that you have WiFi Calling enabled and working if you need it
2.) Setup Global Travel Pass now, then remove it if you don’t need it, but you know it will be available if you need it
3.) Make sure that you all have another backup service such as WhatsApp
4.) Make sure you understand the differences between Airplane Mode, XM Cellular on/off, Cellular data on/off, Roaming on/off
