Been trying since receiving  my new phone (may 16) to get it activated.im trying to port a # from cc,I've been given a transfer pen from cc,and still today (may21) my phone still not activated.ive been promised call backs fro. Xfinity ( which didn't happen) I've been told by several agents a date n time itd be activated but NOTHING.tonight I was given a ticket # [Edited: "Personal Information"], I need an answer on why???!!!!
