understanding voice (not text/data) call logs in xfinity mobile app

I have a specific question re: voice calls visible online and in the xfinity mobile app.

My question has to do with the city name that appears on INBOUND (arrow that points down and to the left) voice calls.  Is the city name that appears under the phone number the city/location where the xfinity mobile device (in this case iPhone) is located at that particular moment or is that the city where the CALLER originated their call?  I hope this question makes sense.  Xfinity mobile support could neither understand me nor my question.
