Unauthorized lines added to my account
I've been a XFINITY Mobile customer for many years and have had the same phones the whole time. About a month ago, I called to upgrade my phones. When I received the phones, I realized that one of the phones was not the right one. I brough it to an XFINTY store to exchange and resolve the issue. To my surprise, I was informed that 2 new lines had been added to my account! I clarified several times during my call with the agent that I only wanted to upgrade my phones and NOT add additional lines, however, she did it anyway. For over a month, I have spent HOURS on the phone with XFINITY trying to resolve this. Every agent I speak to tells me they can help and ends up only doing a part of the work! A month later, I have two additional lines (and the charges that come along with it) on my bill. My bill is DOUBLE what it is supposed to be. Once again I am on the phone with XFINITY trying to get things resolved. Also, I returned the new phones 3 weeks ago and have not been refunded my downpayment or taxes. They also promised a bill credit for all of the trouble that I have not received. The worst part is, every time I call, I have to explain the whole story as if there are no notes or anything in my account where the agent is able to see what is going on without me spending 10-15 minutes explaining to just get passed to another department that doesn't help. I'm posting here because maybe this will get the attention of someone that can help and actually FOLLOW through!
