Unauthorized charges
I received the $42.28 refund for mobile plan for December, thank you.
As I have said in at least 20 phone calls and once had to visit xfinity store in person - Since I started the free mobile plan, I've been receiving multiple unexpected mobile charges since July 2025, totaling $194.81. Even though I have called multiple times and visited in person, I have only received $124.6 in refunds so far. There is still $70.25 that has not been refunded to me. I would like you to review my account and issue the remaining refund asap. Please also confirm why these mobiles orders were generated in the first place and ensure that no further unauthorized charges will occur.
