Unauthorized Charges
On 8/24/2025 I switched my service to Xfinity Mobile from another carrier. Since then I have had nothing but problems.
Since 8/24/2025 I have paid Xfinity Mobile almost $2,000!
1. There is a line on my account that should not be there. I'm paying monthly for services I am not getting.
2. On 9/16/2025 Xfinity Mobile took $663.31 from my bank account without my permission. Today is 10/28/2025 and the money has not been returned and there is no explanation as to why the money was taken from my account.
3. Today, 10/28/2025, another $649.91 was taken from my bank account without my permission or knowledge.
Every time I call the customer service line I get a different story. No one can seem to explain why they keep taking my money.
When I go to an Xfinity store to get answers I am always told they are working on it, they have to contact their manager, district manager, etc.
I go to the Xfinity store where I switched my service weekly. They know my vehicle. But still no answers, and no money returned. I can't even take my phones to another carrier because Xfinity will not unlock them.
$2,000 in two month is outrageous!
I need answers and my money back.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
