Unable to verify your identity

Hello,

 I am trying to claim my mobile line as part of my package. But when I continue, it asks for my date of birth and SSN. When I enter them correctly, it says “unable to verify your identity.” On another try, it complained tokenisation error while entering payment.
I need immediate help as I cannot get my mobile line for weeks.
