Unable to retrieve phone numbers for calls and texts from past billing cycles (over a year ago)

For litigation purposes, I need to retrieve phone numbers for calls and texts from 2021 but am unable to pull them up. I receive the error message "Something went wrong." when attempting to pull up any calls or texts past 6 months.  There is also no way to download this information in your account. This is a HUGE problem for people in my situation that need this info for court.   I've called several times and am unable to reach anyone that can help me (4 wrong phone numbers and one support person told me to go to the police and have then request the information).  Can someone please give me the phone number to the legal department so that I can submit an request to them?

Hi, user_99bd01 Through our Community Forum support we are limited on our assistance for Xfinity Mobile services. It appears online you are only able to access call and text history the last 90 days. I would recommend contact our Xfinity Mobile support team to see if we are able to retrieve your call records from 2021.
