Unable to add phone lines?!

I have been on the phone for over an hour and am being told that I cannot add any lines to my account. Every representative tells me they don’t understand why because I’ve been a mobile customer for over 2 years and have never missed a payment, and have an excellent credit score. I am being told that they cannot override the system, and that there is no way to escalate the issue! Can someone please explain why I’m unable to add a line?! The website clearly states Xfinity customers are eligible for up to 10 lines pending a credit check. So if I have great credit, then it must be a system error. How do I get this resolved?!

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us: • Click "Sign In" if necessary • Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page) • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window • Press Enter to send your message

@XfinityAmandaB​ I have an 860 credit score and I am unable to add a 6th line. I dont understand why been with xfinity mobile 3 years plus I am employee spoke with tier 2 and they gave me the number to equifax ? can anyone help me
