UGH!!

So, y'all have all day to sit online and lie to customers. I just cancelled my mobile services due to the lies I've been told from day one, 12/22. I transferred my and my mother's services over thinking we were getting better deals—not! After the initial transaction, three months in and again after the first year, the nonsense continued. She waited three weeks for them to assist her with a phone purchased through them. Lie after lie was told. Hours of sitting on the phone with them. I got involved and spent more hours on the phone. We then went to the store like they suggested and were there over 30 minutes with lies being told again, just face-to-face now. After that didn't work, she bought an unlocked phone to keep the services. Then it was that she couldn't use that phone, blah blah blah. She jumped ship and went back to our previous provider. I should have jumped with her but stayed.
Now I'm sitting here beyond angry, baffled, and frustrated. All I'm looking for is a refund for the services paid in advance. I couldn't get anyone on the phone and had to speak with chat. They couldn't find my account. They wouldn't allow me access to my own account information. I have no mobile services through them. I clearly expressed I just cancelled my account. I had to screenshot every single thing I could, which included the three years of payments I paid upfront monthly by letting them charge my card. I was on chat over 30 minutes with no resolution. I called back in to have to push random numbers to get a live person. After attempting to call their mobile services line, the first time the phone hung up, and the second and third time it stated the number could not be reached from my phone. Through chat, they had the nerve to say I was not eligible for mobile services through them. What in the entire f***?
Xfinity needs to learn how to treat their customers. They won't let you upgrade your phone without upgrading your internet. Why is that, especially being a customer for years? You think you're saving money and you're not. They say they'll give you a monthly credit for the phone, but in all honesty, there is no credit because you just signed up for a higher internet plan.
Please explain what needs to be done to get my refund. I don't want to hear any more lies and excuses at this point. They need to realize they are the only ones that cover certain areas and we should not have to deal with this.

If you get an answer I’d love to know what it is. I was charged for a mobile line that I never even set up or used and was told it was a free service I was getting with my Internet plan. I never even had a phone on it. So when I got frustrated with their service and cancelled my Internet all of a sudden I started getting charged for a phone line I never set up and then a $30 fee to cancel my imaginary phone line. I will never use Xfinity for anything ever again.

Hello user_wtn15a, thank you for reaching out here in our Xfinity Community forum. I am sad to hear about your troubles, and we would like to help. May I ask for some clarification? You mentioned paying for 3 years in advance? What did you pay for in advance?
