Trying to upgrade to iphone 14 pro max with monthly payments
I'm trying to upgrade to the iPhone 14 pro max with monthly payments, but it keeps telling me that I have to pay full price. But the promotion is still showing on the site.

ok I think I can tell you what's going on. First when you get approved to do mobile with xfinity they approve you for three lines. But this is for the three lines not for purchases or financing anything. In order to purchase any phone on promo or payments you have to give your consent to a soft credit check, and the results of that check will tell you if you qualify to finance (which is make payments) any phone. Best way to do this is go to your local store, tell them your interested in upgrade promo. They will do a soft credit check and if you qualify it will allow you to do what you mention. Sometimes the results may say you can finance and make payments but you must put a certain down payment, depending on results of credit check. Every mobile carrier does this check.
