Treated wrongly
“The term the customer is always right” doesn’t fit for this company. I was respectful and explained how I had been getting charged for a phone number I never used and they are telling me the fact that I got a SIM card mailed to me and even though I spoke with a worker 3 months prior telling him I didn’t want the service and continued to be charged for a good year and they won’t help me get any type of refund or anything all their saying is they can stop charging me it’s ridiculous and I need some type of clarity. What happened to making customers satisfied. There is proof that I never used it so why continue to be charged for a years worth of mobile internet when I KNOW FOR A FACT a SIM card doesn’t amount to that
