Traveling and no access to cellular

I’m traveling and I cannot make any calls, I upgraded to premium unlimited to get international calling and it is still not working, but I am certainly getting charged for it. Please help!!!

Enable International Roaming
Using the App: Sign in to the Xfinity app or your online account, go to the Services tab, select Mobile, and navigate to International Travel under the Activity tab to verify that roaming is turned on.
  • On Your Phone: Turn on data roaming in your phone's settings so your phone can connect to local towers abroad.
    • iPhone: Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options and turn on Data Roaming.
    • Android: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network / SIMs and turn on Roaming.
