Hi, @user_9ac5a1. Thank you for reaching out. I hope you are well. We are limited with access to Xfinity Mobile services and activations here on Forums. With that said, I might be able to shed some light from what I found. Based on the Xfinity Mobile site https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/support/article/how-to-activate-phone, it appears the eSIM might only be available for iPhone 13 or later.
I'll highlight the details below:
Important Things To Know Before You Begin
We’ll need information from your previous carrier to transfer your number.
Make sure you have a copy of your bill and your account PIN.
If your new phone is an iPhone 13 or later, your device may be able to be activated through an electronic nanoSIM or eSIM.
Activate a New Line With eSIM
Note:Xfinity Mobile currently supports eSIM only on iPhone 13 or newer.
Let me know if that helps clear things up a bit. We do recommend reaching out to our Mobile experts to ensure your concern is resolved. You can reach them by texting or calling 1 (888) 936-4968. You can also chat with an expert here https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/?channel=xMobile Let me know if you run into any trouble reaching them directly. Thanks!
