transferring mobile service

I recently transferred xfinity mobile to a different carrier. After the transfer the startup screen still displays xfinity mobile but the lock screen shows my new carrier. Also, the xfinity mobile voicemail app is still on my phone and there is no way to delete it. I don't under stand. I have transferred my service before and never had this issue. There should be nothing on my phone related to xfinity mobile. Any help would be appreciated.

Be sure to remove the physical Xfinity sim card. I'm assuming that your new service is using an e-Sim. After removal, do a hard reboot of your phone and all traces of Xfinity Mobile should disappear.
