Transfer PIN

Currently attempting to transfer mobile services to a different provider but I am unable to acquire a transfer pin. Whether I use the app or the website, I get stuck on a page that says “We’re gathering your account information.” It gets stuck there and nothing happens. Customer service via phone is not helpful and I live 5.5 hours away from the closest store. This shouldn’t be that hard.
