Hey there, user_mmgi99. The easiest way to find your account number and transfer PIN is through the Xfinity app.
To locate your account number:Go to Account > Account Settings > Account Details. Your account number will be listed there.
To get your transfer PIN:Go to Services > Mobile Lines and Data Usage, select your device, then choose Transfer or Cancel This Line.

These instructions do not send the pin. I've done it a dozen times. I went to the Xfinity store and still they couldn't help me neither could the tech on the phone when I called Xfinity support.
