Transfer mobile to new service provider

Tying to transfer mobile service to new provider but can’t get my number released because there is an internet outage in my area.

Hi there @user_7ce159 💙 I’m really sorry you’ve been dealing with that! I can imagine how frustrating it must be trying to transfer your number and running into a roadblock because of an service interruption. That’s definitely not the experience we want for you. I also wanted to check in since it’s been a few days, how have things been on your end? Is your service back up and running yet, or are you still having trouble getting your number released?
