Transfer Back to T-Mobile
I thought customer service was the worst at T-Mobile. I was wrong and ready to go back.
funny assistant is the most frustrating AI thing to have to go through. They lied to me about my new plan, what promotions I was eligible for and finally said to go into the store.
today the store was just as bad. Not sure of the hiring qualifications. Jose or Geraldo said the promotion Xfinity assistant said I was eligible for ended days ago. I’m ready to go back to T-Mobile what a disaster

Comcstblws I appreciate you using the Xfinity Community Forum to reach out and understand you have had a less than pleasant transition period after leaving your old provider. We want to do everything we can to turn your experience around and frown upside down. Can you specify for me which promotional offer it is that you were looking to take part in for Xfinity Mobile? Have you already transferred over your phone number or were you in the process of trying to do so?
