Transcript of Chat with Xfinity agent

I had a long and complicated conversations with an Xfinity sales associate today and would like to get a copy of the transcript of that chat.  There were a lot of promises made for the agreement that I approved.  I just want to have a record of the conversation to make sure that there aren't questions regarding what I thought I was receiving based upon the promotions that were to be applied by the agent for the orders.  I contacted the Xfinity assistant in the Xfinity app, but she indicated she didn't have access to the chat on her end and I was disconnected before I finished asking her who could contact to receive a copy of the transcript.
