Trade-In Credits not appearing on bill
I recently traded in five phones to get the free iPhone 17 Pro promotions. 4 out of the 5 phones were traded in with no issues as the credits on the bill were applied within the next billing cycle. The other phone was traded in almost immediately and has not gotten credits since and the phone was received in good condition. I have called Xfinity a multitude of times at this point and nobody can figure out what the issue is. Everyone just keeps saying “Wait a little bit longer” or “Wait 7 more business days” and the credit *will* be applied to your bill. If I go onto the Devices page on my Xfinity Mobile account, I see that the phone that doesn’t have the trade-in credits applied doesn’t have a “Trade-In Status” button whereas the phones that are receiving this trade-in credit do have that “Trade-In Status” button. I don’t understand why it is taking so long for the trade-in credit to be applied to my bill since I am told that it is “system-generated” and the system says it was received in “good condition,” something which every person I have talked to with Xfinity agrees on. What do I do at this point since I am running out of options here.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
