Tradein cell issue
From what I have learned and experienced my recommendation is to do upgrades only in Xfinity stores. The amount and variety of issues you can have doing online is enormous. There is noone at Xfinty support to help. I've been with Xfinity for over 15 years.
My opinion of their support and the company overall is very low. I will be moving my services to other companies as soon as I can figure out what services I really need and who can best supply them. Loyalty is a 2 way street. Xfinity did not respect their end of the business.
