Thank you for reaching out to us @user_0zwjbc! I know I personally would be worried about a phone linked to a promotion being lost. Could you please tell us more about when the phone was lost during the trade in process? Did you receive a notification from Assurant that the device was not received after shipping it?

I sent two phones and so far Xfinity has only processed one trade in and the other phone is sitting in a post office in TX but Xfinity does not seem to be able to find it
