Trade In Promotional Credit - Manually apply EVERY month
I'm beyond frustrated and hoping someone here might have experienced something similar or have any advice. For the past three months, I've been in constant contact with Xfinity Customer Support regarding a promised $830 trade-in promotional credit that has never been applied to my account.
Seriously, I've called countless times. Each time, I'm assured the issue is resolved, only to be met with the same disappointment when the next bill arrives with no credit. Today, I spoke with a supervisor who told me the promotion is now "forfeited" and no longer applicable! This is despite the fact that Customer Support can clearly see the trade-in promotion on my account.
The "solution" offered by the supervisor? Call Customer Support every single month so a specialist can manually apply the credit. Let's be real, dealing with Xfinity Customer Support has been a nightmare. We're talking constant dropped calls, ridiculously long wait times, and being put on hold for what feels like an eternity.
As a loyal Xfinity customer, I'm incredibly upset that the burden of fixing their error is being placed squarely on me, with no actual permanent solution in sight. It feels like they're just hoping I'll give up.
Has anyone else dealt with a similar issue with trade-in credits or ongoing billing problems? Any suggestions on how to escalate this or get a real resolution? I'm at my wit's end and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
