Trade in problems
Last June I went to Xfinity store to trade in 2 phones and get new 2 lines service. The promotion was 500.00 off each Pixel Pro 7 phones and 250.00 each trade in phone. They ordered the 2 phones that came to my home. I returned to the store to complete the transaction process. They transferred the numbers from my T Mobile account and packaged my trade in phones for shipping. Instead of getting the promotion amount which would have given me a total of 6.24 per month due per phone each month I received 2 checks for 83.00 which I still have. I went back to the store and they put in an escalation claim that would being have been settled by Aug. 2nd 2023. Needless to say no result. Went back to store and they said it was being reviewed by a another person and not to worry. That was a week ago. There is no one I can talk to to get this settled. I did everything correctly in the process but either the Xfinity store or the person they contacted at Xfinity during the transition messed up. Please help.

Thank you for your response. I emailed Tom K. I received a response within 24 hours. That was quite impressive, The representative from his team assured me that my situation will be rectified.

I've tried for a month to get my $600 credit from my pixel 6 for the iPhone 14 pro max during the last promotion. I've been told it's been escalated to tier 3 and a 2 day resolution team, and that there was no ETA on the resolution. I was told from the store manager that it is a national issue with a couple hundred accounts with the IMEI not registering appropriately for the trade in. I don't see why they can't just credit my account. This could go on for months!! My phone was purchased from Xfinity mobile and is fully paid off with no damage and the store can't even do anything
