Trade in print label issue
I have trade in my iphone 14 pro with new iPhone 15 pro. I have received the phone and setup but unable to get the return label tk send my old phone to XFINITY as label was not provided despite following continuity with customer care and XFINITY store. They all will say we will send the label but I am getting the label neither allowed to print and trade in date is closer.
