Trade in phone delivered but not credit

The first phone I traded in was delivered Friday the 29th and the trade-in was approved on Monday the 2nd.  I did not get the credit though on this billing cycle.   I just sent in two phones, one was received yesterday, one still in transit. I'll update you as to when those get approved.   

Looks like my first trade in has finally been approved but did take almost 2 weeks.  I’ll see how long my second will take as it was delivered on Oct 18th.
