Trade In Issue
I've tried for a month to get my $600 credit from my pixel 6 for the iPhone 14 pro max during the last promotion. I've been told it's been escalated to tier 3 and a 2 day resolution team, and that there was no ETA on the resolution. I was told by the store manager that it is a national issue with a couple hundred accounts with the IMEI not registering appropriately for the trade in. I don't see why they can't just credit my account. This could go on for months!! My phone was purchased from Xfinity mobile and is fully paid off with no damage and the store can't even do anything.
