Trade in issue - Xfinity Mobile customer service is the worst.
I have been lied to, hung up on and transferred without any resolution.
I have spent a total of 16 hours with them and I still don’t have my $830 iPhone trade in credit.
I spoke with many “supervisors”.
Unfortunately I’m screwed right now and there is NOTHING I can do and I’m out $830 and an old iPhone.
Can. Someone help me get my $830 credit?

Don't count on it... I seriously think that they have no interest whatsoever in actually helping you. They have your money and a signed contract. To Xfinity, the issue is settled. What interest do they have in helping you pay less money each month... what interest do they have in basically giving you $830? None. They have no intention of actually honoring their trade in "promise".

I know that this may be wasted energy, but I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. If enough people do it, maybe, just maybe, there might be enough attention paid to this issue. I'm encouraging everyone who was duped in this same way, like I was too, to file a complaint.
