Trade in fraud
We have started the service with Xfinity for thanksgiving deal .
we had some issues in porting our numbers from different carrier and store person created two orders and said he will work with customer service for one free line offer .
one free line with home internet and two trade in iPhone 13 pro at store.
The store person gave 1400$ trade in value after he inspected the phones .
after few days we received the bill without one free line offer and I have called in for asking about it , but Xfinity customer representative changed price plan and gave some discounts and from 3rd month I saw I am not getting trade in advantages .
every month I called them and asked about it and they create some support ticket and don’t resolve your issue .
upon calling multiple times in May they said I need another plan and I said ok for it , now they are even charging more .
after I called them again and talked with supervisor and corporate office they are saying I have changed the price plans twice , so they cannot add trade in and they don’t return my devices .
they are purposefully changing plans , I never called them to change price plan . I always asked for one free line and trade in offer .
they are changing the price plans and asked my consent .No one is listening to me why I will lose 1400$ of my trade in value and change plans and pay more .
i have even asked to give me my consented prints where I said I don’t need trade in .They don’t have one . It’s been 15 days corporate office didn’t solve my issue .
and one of my device is not showing as trade in at all . They gambled something and throwing the mistakes on me .
they are very rude and I guess these are all pre-planned to cheat customers .

How did your trade in go? I am gathering people who got scammed by Xfinity mobile offering 400 dollars, then either delaying, removing tracking, and taking months to get a reply or response. We sent in a phone and got nothing. Straight up stolen. There response is you traded that phone for a new one. Laugh!! So the credit on the new phone is 999.00 usd which was a iPhone for free anyway! But the max on a trade in is 400. Haha funny xfinity! Changing what was said on the phone and none of the numbers add up. But then I have a credit on my other line of 395 usd that I can’t use and Xfinity knows nothing about it. Don’t offer to buy peoples phones then steal them.. please get ahold of me if you feel like you been scammed by these people. This is going to federal court, just speak up. And another note, since this was either done on the phone or internet in different states, is wire fraud aka FCC regulations. Fines start at 100k per customer. Plus your phones value.
