This looks to be happening to me as well...I have a package from Assurant being sent to me today and it obviously must be my phone being returned. Part of the stipulation for the $800 trade-in credit is to activate your new phone within 15 days or ordering, and of course all of the return/trade-in drama happens after the 15 days lol.
My phone was perfect, so this should be really great stuff to see why it's being rejected. I'm not paying in-full either and there better be a way to have this resolved to at least have me return the phone for a refund...even then, this is going to likely lead me to jump ship and leave Xfinity soon. I'm just tired of all the constant problems and lack of customer support all around.
