Trade in delivered on 3/3/2023 but still no trade in credit after contacting Xfinity support many times
My trade in was delivered on 3/3/2023 but still no trade in credit after contacting Xfinity support many times. Contacting Assurant is not helpful as they can't find the case number Xfinity agent provided. This is really frustrating.
