Trade in credits lost

Hi, I traded in my iphone 11 and I got an email saying that I will get $700 credits over 24 months. However, it is not showing on my xfinity mobile account. When I called in November, your agent told me I would get it in my December's billing cycle, but it is not.  I called agian, and now your agent told me I would get it in my January's billing cycle.  I don't think I will get it unitl someone do something to fix it.  Can you please open up a case and have someoen fix your system for me to get the credit your promised. Thank you.
