The worst manager ive ever scene
I visited a store in harrisonburg va and the manager there was selling me a phone he picked the color of my phone he picked the phone for more and later I learned it was wrong So I took it back to the store with my sistes also wrong they gave her a sheet on how to return it and refused to give me a seperate costumer one so I took my phone that was wrong back home then called support was told to take another 30 min drive back for them to take it back and to be yelled at by said manager And when I was told i wont be bullied into saying i did something wrong when i wasnt at fault... the next hour was him making snide remarks like you act like you got money but live in a apt and your not tough it was insane any way i wanna know how i can complain about this person
