Text message alerts from ALLY Bank still not supported by Xfinity Mobile

Last July 2020 I changed my cell service provider from T-Mobile to Xfinity mobile. Since then I no longer receive text message alerts from ALLY Bank on my cell phone, a feature that worked flawlessly for the past 8 years. ALLY Bank has been alerted of the issue and working for the last 6 months to resolve it. It turns out that the issue comes from Xfinity mobile blocking the messages from ALLY Bank. And apparently Xfinity mobile is aware of the issue.
So my questions to Xfinity mobile are

1) what is being done to solve the issue, and

2) when will the issue be fixed?
