Terrible Service
I was with Metro for years, I was tempted over to Xfinity with a new phone. I was quoted a price for services but the monthly bill was higher. The phone was didn't last a year. I paid to get out of my contract and switched back to Metro/T mobile. Two months later they charged my bank account $67.00 and I'm trying to get reimbursed. Any one else have this issue? How was it resolved?

If so could you check the bill dates to see if you were billed after you canceled with us?
