"technical difficulties"

Ive been trying to upgrade my phone all day, went to two different corporate xfinity store and they were not able to process my order even though my device is paid in full and my bill is up to date. It keeps saying I have a pending order that needs completed but there is not orders in sight. I just need to upgrade my broken phone to one that works and xfinity won't take my money.

@user_8b33be, the best thing to do in this situation is going to be to call the team at 888-936-4968. That is the direct line to our mobile team and they are going to be able to help you out with this. That I can promise you.
