I have had the worst experience with the service. For three months my Wi-Fi on my tv goes off and on and I have had three visits from their techs. All of which say that you will have no more issues but the issue continues. In over thirty years of having a provider, this is the worse experience with a company I have had. I can’t they are this poor at resolving issues with their services. I also believe their technicians are not really interested or capable of resolving issues. Three months and am having the same issues.

TV's are not the best wifi devices really and why people say to not use them for any kind of streaming.
I have 3 TV's and dont have wifi connected to any of them.
Add an AppleTV Device or Shield and bet all your wifi issues go away.
