Take off $750 charge on account

I called your customer service department and they told me that I was on a $25 monthly unlimited plan then I get a bill stating I owe $750 charge for gigabytes. I was told I could only get half taken off but I would like the whole amount removed I wasn’t told anything about being charged extra gigabytes if that was the case I would of just stayed with metro pcs. Is there anyway I can get some assistance. Or can someone call me directly at [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Hello @user_qqj30n We would need to take a look at the account to see what the charges are for. Typically with Unlimited there is no extra charges for using a lot of gigs. The exception being international charges. Did you take the phone internationally?

@XfinityMatthew this is my phone I just switched services because they told me I would get a good deal but they didn’t tell me I would be charged extra for gigabytes. Can you take a look into the account because I need this charge removed immediately.

@user_qqj30n We can for sure look into the mobile charges to see what's going on. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
