Subpoena Xfinity Mobile records older than 6 months

Hi, how do I subpoena Xfinity Mobile records that cannot be accessed on an account because they are older than 6 months?  How long does Xfinity Mobile retain invoices that would show text and call activity?  How long does Xfinity Mobile retain the content of text messages?  Thank you.
