How stupid is that???

Get up to date!  I am upset with xfinity. Because they advertised a special for $500 off a phone when you get a new line.  My husband got his phone Samsung s22 ultra, which is top of the line beautiful phone.  I choose the Google pixel pro 7, also top of the line beautiful phone.  ***BUT*** Xfinity put a $2000.00 credit limit on phones.  In order to get the 500.00 off your only option is to finance it for 24 months, without interest, which is good.  The 500.00 off the phone is given back to you in the form of a credit on your acount over the 24 months that you are required to finance.  The problem is that it is NOT POSSIBLE to get 2 top of the line phones for under 2000.00! Not in this day and age.....the guys that helped us tried everything they could to help..

I tried to pay the amount that was over IN CASH EVEN but it us not allowed.  I wanted to pay for the phone outright but no....they won't give you 500.00 off or credit no deal.  The guys tried to talk me into getting a piece of junk phone just to get the deal.  No way!  I ended up getting a great deal on black Friday from Google with a 350.00 trade in for my Samsung s10+ on google.com xfinity only offered 55.00.  So the mobile service is very good priced.  They try to bamboozle the phones.  No way that you can get 2 phones top of the line phones for under 2 grand.  I have never missed paying in 37 years, yes 37 Years we have been customers.  I tried to reach out to them when I got home, I wanted to speak to someone in charge.  THE REPRESENTATIVE WOULD NOT TRANSFER ME.  HE COULDN'T RAISE MY CREDIT LIMIT.  But he would give me a piece of old junk phone that has been outdated.  

Sorry this is long, just pissed off.
