Stopping service

Hello,

I’ve tried numerous times to stop Xfinity on my cell phone.  [Edited: "Personal Information"].

Xfinity. Is not listening.  I have stopped payment with my bank and if you try to start it again or threaten me I will take action.

I don’t want Xfinity Mobile Phone .
