STOP billing on my closed account.

Why aren't we able to remove payment method from Xfinity Mobile account?! I am being billed for an account that was supposed to be closed and has had all the numbers associated ported to a new carrier. The only active phone line was ported Nov 26th 2023, and I just received a bill for service dated Dec.8 2023 to Jan 7 2024.  They've already been charging me for an inactivated line for almost a year. This sounds like fraud and theft to me.

Have you already tried calling/texting 888-936-4968, or reached out to our secure online chat for support?
