Stolen Iphone Out of the Mail
My new iphone was stolen out of the mail and we were delivered an empty box. I filed a claim over a month ago and nothing was ever done or processed. I called numerous times and they opened a new claim (closed the first one), but nothing has been done with the second one either. I have sent the required documents and we filed a police report. Every time I call they ask for the same documents again! Extremely frustrated to be paying for a phone I do not have. How do I speak to someone who can actually assist?
