Stole $ from me and will not refund

I called and notified multiple agents that I would be canceling a month ahead of time to avoid these problems that I still ended up with. I was moving and Xfinity, DID NOT OFFER services at my new address. Then I called again and again and talked through the chat. I did more than enough on my part to notify I did not want xfinity service any longer and still I get charged on my debit card for it not once but twice. And both times I have called and explained over and over and still I get charged. So I called today and my answer was “ You did not contact us, you contacted the internet side, so therefore we cannot refund you” which makes no sense. I know for a fact I have contacted and talked to someone but they played me and stole from me. Here it is Christmas time and they stealing straight out of peoples accounts. I don’t even know how my card got on “auto pay” but magically it did and they won’t give it back after multiple chats with them about it. Only thing to do now is just keep leaving bad reviews and maybe even small claims court. DO NOT USE XFINTY MOBILE. It was the worst mistake I have ever made.
